「This hotel was very convenient for my son’s move in! It’s close to all the places we needed to be.」

「There was a used bar of soap still in the bathroom from before. The sheets were stained with pee.」

「What I liked most was the comfort of the bed and pillows: firm but with a soft, gel-like top. Other things not expected was bathroom hair dryer, in shower shampoo dispenser, cell phone charging plug near the bed, microwave, and refrigerator. Outdoor plants near the lobby were lovely.」

「All staff members I encountered were very friendly. Their greetings were warm and welcoming. Questions that I asked were answered with a warm smile. I was asked if I had anymore questions. That was done with patience. There were plenty of choices for the continental breakfast. And one of my favorites, checkout wasn't until 12pm. I like that it is downtown. I am sure I will be staying again in the future.」

「The experience was okay... The hotel is not very clean. I disliked that people were smoking and we could smell the smoke in our room. The price was good.」

「Our room was fine. Nice sheets and blankets. However the bathroom floor was dirty. Pubic hairs along the shower. It looked like it had not been swept and mopped in quite a while. We got in late and just wanted sleep. That’s why I did not bring it up at the property.」

「The property is lovely and spacious. Six of us stayed four nights very comfortably. We had a little snag at check in bc the keypad didn’t recognize my log in number and there was a bit of a panic when I couldn’t reach the guest contact. Once we got that straightened out, everything was fine.」
