Clean room, comfortable bed. Door threshold was in dire need of weatherstripping replacement, as daylight was clearly visible around the entire doorway. Breakfast service ends early (9am) and consists solely of cereal and donuts, not exactly what I consider continental. All in all, not bad but not great. Definitely a budget stay.

I only stayed one night and it was just what i needed. Check-in was smooth and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not walking distance to downtown, it was only a short drive away.

Desk staff were courteous and helpful. Room was pretty clean but table light fixtures and shades were extremely rusty, as were the shades although might have been mold. The sink fixtures were not secured to the counter. Showerhead was very rust. Shower tile was coming off the wall. But the place was convenient, reasonably priced, reasonably quiet for a motel in a college town on a weekend.

Air conditioner stopped working after a day. There were several bugs in room including a cockroach which we killed . Other than that the bed was very comfortable. Room could be cleaner . Could not get the TV to come on and no instruction guide .

You get what you pay for motel

We came for KU graduation so the price at this motel was roughly 3 times higher than normal. The floor was not carpet it was wood so we thought it would be cleaner. My white socks turned brown on the bottoms so i had to keep my shoes on while in the motel. The tv and microwave were a struggle turn on and stay on. The shower pressure was good.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there was a strong musty odor. We opened the window for a while to bring in some fresh air, but the smell of mildew persisted.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. However, the facility is very rundown and in need of updates. I guess we arrived on a weekend with lots of local activities and, given the poor condition of the hotel, it was incredibly overpriced for what you get. Reasonably convenient to get in/out of, but not many restaurants nearby.

The worker that checked me in was very pleasant and nice. We've stayed at this property before and never had a good experience with the person who checks us in. We stayed a couple of nights but the rooms really need to be updated. The furniture is old and the bed was a little hard. Also there was rust on the towel hangers and the toilet tissue holders. If your just staying here for a night, it's ok. But I don't think this place would be good for a family. We only were in the room to sleep so we were ok with it.

Price was great. Floors left dirt on your feet, and wet bathroom floor left mud. Asked to clean, they did a little I guess, less dirt on feet but still some. Bugs, 1 long bug on sheet. It was a comfortable bed, had a good sleep when wasn't worrying about bugs or cleaning my feet forgot slippers. The managers were very nice and accommodating no problem with them personally. Just mainly floors.

The room we stayed in, the door did not have even the slightest seal around it so the road noise and cigarette smoke came in as if there was no door. One of the linen sets was stained. Having paid a very low rate i didnt have high expectation vut this was particularly bad. Got very little sleep. The front desk staff was the one highlight, friendly and knowledgeable.
