「Between my family we rented 3 separate rooms here for 5 days each. One of the rooms were amazing! Mine however was not so much, there was no hot water for 3 of the days! I had to call about our AC not working several times. We could only use the pool on the first day of the stay due to it being quite dirty for the remainder of the time. We did reach out with all of the concerns AC was fixed promptly, hot water took days, and pool was never cleaned. The manager did offer to cook breakfast for us...
