「We enjoyed our stay here very much, although unfortunately we had to check out earlier to catch our flight. The room is renovated recently, which made our stay quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot.」

「Very poor maintenance, the room should renovate completly to meet the current standard」

「The hotel does not look anywhere near like images on the website, Seem like its offers more of short and long term stays or like a soup kitchen of some sort. The outside of the hotel is poorly maintained no up keep. My room was not cleaned for the duration of my stay, they did give me fresh towels though when i asked. Staff was helpful on the hind side but it is not like any Super 8 i have stayed Thanks」

「High CP value, room is tidy and clean. 」

「One of the best things about this hotel is Hesham (Front Desk/check-in). He welcomes you like an old friend (even if it's your first time staying there). Our room (and two other groups/guests) wasn't ready - not his fault as we were early to check-in. 「good location, convenience，mattress too soft, washroom a bit small and water flow slow in bathing.」

「Very clean.」

「This place was amazing! Great location, just a quick walk to the Tube shack. Jake on the lake had great food, lots of options. When we checked in, I noticed there wasn’t going to be enough coffee pods for our group. I texted the number provided and the owner was there in less than five minutes. Super place, will definitely be back!」

「My room was spotless. Had a beautiful view of the Cowichan River. Conveniently located with shops, restaurants, and parks all within walking distance.」

「Quaint but Very clean. Very helpful hosts. Air con worked well. Our two bedded room, would have benefited with curtain or blinds for side window and also a coffee machine. Otherwise perfect.」
