"Beautiful resort , emerged into the lush jungle. Rich landscape everywhere you look. Ponds, lots of hot springs (different types and sizes, fun swim up bar), 2 pools with fast fun slides, wildlife (nature walk) and a trail up the mountain to a viewpoint of Volcano. The setting is just amazing. The breakfast was solid but didnt change much day to day. The wet bar pool menu was tasty, fresh and very affordable. We had dinner there once and it was okay. Nothing amazing. Service was good for all our meals especially at the pool bar. The room was basic but very clean. Nice balcony overlooking the beautiful landscaping. We saw lots of toucans around. Wish the room had more hooks or places to hang towels/swim clothes etc. the bathroom smelled a bit of sewage. However the staff did a great job cleaning the rooms daily. No bugs at all inside . Loved the proximity to the town and all the activities. Would definitely recommend "

"Great stay, the staff was all great. Everyone loved it. Staff spoke English or Spanish. Definitely would come back. If you are trying to explore you need a transportation method, the hotel does offer private transportation or get one for you. "

"This resort was a dream! From the min we got the staff was warm and welcoming and took care of us in every way imaginable. We had to wait for our room due to flying in so early and they were more than happy to check us in and hold our belongings until our room was available and we were able to enjoy the amenities they had to offer. We also booked all our adventures with the hotel and they made it so easy to book and attend. 10/10 recommend this hotel"

"Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! "
