「Staff is amazing 」

「1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. 」

「The valet and bell services were great. It was nice to have the help with our luggage. All the staff we dealt with were very nice & willing to help. We dined at the Fireside Grill inside the hotel & the food was wonderful. I definitely would stay here again.」

「It was amazing the front desk knew my name when we returned from Dinner. Anytime I needed creamers delivered to my room. They called very quickly to make sure I got them, and had received them. Beautiful property, beautiful views we will go back.」

「The shuttle to/from the airport runs every 30 minutes so have patience. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your standard ‘breakfast included’ type. I would stay here again. 」

「They were renovating and they had painting materials and boards all over my entrance into my room, which wasn't safe for my dogs」

「The place is great - but very large - we were on the wing furthest away from Gondola Square - so quite a walk to get to the ski area - fortunately there is ski storage right at the mountain base so no need to carry all the gear. Great spot overall.」
