「Do not recommend! Roaches were everywhere and management knew I guess because they could not even apologize when we told her how infested it was. This is more like a live-in motel not something you rent out. People smoking, marijuana outside people running up and down the breezeways. It was just very uncomfortable and nasty.」

「Convince of location to the racetrack」

「Our entire experience was wonderful!」

「Good」

「While it doesn't offer amenities, other than cable tv, WIFI, picnic tables, and grills, this little gem of a motel is very convenient for us while visiting our family in this tiny town. We are so glad the property was purchased and remodeled after years of being derelict.」

「A rustic getaway with clean sheets on a great property. Exactly what I needed! 」

「Great getaway. Really relaxing.」

「This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The property is filthy and dilapidated. The sink water smells like a swamp and we couldn't use it to cook or wash, there were bugs everywhere, including the cabinets, there was rodent poop with the pans, the wifi didn't work, the owners didn't respond at all to my multiple texts. We had to leave early and get a hotel. Stay away from this place.」

「Very clean home, amenities were fantastic, the owners were very hospitable. Would highly recommend this cozy home. 」

「 Beautiful home and beautiful setting to stay for my trip. The host is the best and nicest I’ve ever booked with. I would highly recommend, and I would stay again in an instant. 」
