「I have been staying at the Hotel LIVVO Volcán, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, several times a year for over 20 years, as indeed have many of the hotel’s returning clients. The hotel itself is beautiful and the cuisine at breakfast and dinner is outstanding with a vast array of options to suit every palate and all dietary requirements. The staff are delightful - warm, welcoming, caring and most helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Many have been there for years, a testament to the hotel’s culture...

「Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken...

「I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy...

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」
