「Friendly staff easy check in, I thought breakfast was included with my stay but it wasn’t, but I may have assumed it was continental breakfast there. 」

「We arrived early and asked if a room was available. There wasn't but the front desk attendant said she would do what she could, even though the hotel was totally sold out. Within an hour we had a room! Kudos to the hotel staff for accommodate our request.」

「The room was recently renovated and very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful, so much so, we stayed an extra night. We found everyone to be most accommodating. If you don't see something on the breakfast bar...just ask! Danielle was especially helpful! 」

「Staff were friendly and welcoming. Made use of laundry and gym facilities. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning unit was noisy. Could do with more coffee packets.」
