「Wonderful staff, lovely room, and great breakfast, also enjoyed using the pool albeit a rather small pool.」

「Lovely beach view in a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel itself tired and dated. Had to get taps fixed during stay. Breakfast good and great to have a casino on site. Not enough PowerPoints.」

「The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. 」

「We had a side sea view room, clean and well maintained. Great room. Breakfasts good with top class ingredients. We ate once for the evening meal. The food was pricey and quality was poor. Overall a really good hotel with great staff and exceptionally clean.」

「What a lovely stay. Our room had a really nice view. Loved watching the horse tram go by. Really great hot breakfast with a variety of options. The hosts were lovely and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels.」

「I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.」
