「There was an overwhelming scent in my room that was overwhelming. I am not sure if it was supposed to be a pleasant fragrance enhancer or a disinfectant of some sort. I was able to get through the night with this overwhelming scent, but honestly it permeated all of my clothing AND my belongings. I had to use a Fresh Scent freshener on my backpack, and all of my clothes had to go straight into my laundry. I also was put off by having to check in and check out through a kiosk in the lobby. ...

「Nice 3 star hotel. This is our 2nd time staying. The bathrooms need a little TLC. And they close the breakfast too early for a Sunday. But it does look nice when you arrive and the staff is friendly and professional.」

I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「We came in late at night after a long day at nearby hospital and the night clerk went above and beyond to ease our apprehensions. We slept better knowing we were near the hospital and your staff willingly listened to our hardships and offered all the assistance and amenities we needed to get through a difficult time. The breakfast was very finally with lots of selections to choose.」
