「Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem die Lage. Allgemein ist die Wohnung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Boden gewischt wäre, damit die Socken und die Füße nicht gleich schmutzig wären.」

「Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Bilbao. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Bonne literie. Salle de bain très bien aussi. Gros bémol, le grincement du lit superposé qui nous a empêchés de bien dormir. Petit déjeuner assez irrégulier, un jour très bien avec une certaine équipe très efficace et les 2 autres matins vraiment moins bien avec une autre équipe (moins de choix, cuisine plus sale)」

No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad.
