Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. 「This is not the place to stay if you have weak knees or legs or generally not a strong able bodied person. We stayed on the second floor and had trouble with the old metal stairs. There are not many to climb but it was difficult for us, two seniors to navigate the stairs with luggage. No elevator as there are only two floors. The host-manager, Terri, is exceptional, and will do almost anything to make the stay comfortable for everyone in your family. We found the property to be clean, close to downtown, and very charming.
