「What a delightful stay from start to finish. We’ve stayed in a few places during our travels over the past couple of weeks and the Oakhill Hotel outshines them all. We received an exceptional welcome by the staff and their professionalism and friendliness was consistent throughout our stay. 「Unfortunately I was disappointed at our stay in Matlock Bath. On arrival we could not get access to the place until a lady came from another building to let us in. Since the beginning of August we were told by visiting member of a team that there is no staff on sight and an email was sent in the morning to my home with a code to get access to the building and get a key for our room. No good when we needed to leave early as travelling from afar. This lovely old building in the perfect position...
