「The staff were very friendly! The hotel was clean, modern, and close to restaurants and shopping.」

「Staff person was welcoming and very accommodating. Hotel is showing its age. That said, the riom was clean and comfortable 」

「Upon check in we were told the pool was down and seems it had been for months. No where online was this stated and no refund was offered. Staff seemed like they could care less. Our room had random hairs in the bathroom, was grungy around the toilet, and used ear plugs on the bedroom floor. Beds were very comfortable and the shades work well. Showers were cold that night but warm the next morning. Breakfast was good, pancake maker was down, however they had a lot of other options to choose from....

「I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.」

「My room smelled like dog pee they allow dogs so they couldnt change my room because it was at ful capacity .... Which means they've made tons of money on this property they should spend some money on the cleaning products.....just so you know I rather of stayed in my truck for two days instead of pee smelled room I am a semi truck driver I paid a little more for a Travelodge rather then the red hotel that was next to my job stayed here for two nights and my room smelled strongly of dog urine...
