「The staff were excellent and very informative about what to do and where to go. The rooms were okay (we had a queen and other rooms looked nicer). Try to get a room away from the doors as it was very loud. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great. The rooms all had a cleaning smell which was pleasant but not enjoyable. I would suggest this hotel as when you’re up north, you don’t hang in the room much.」

「We arrived 20 minutes to 4 and we were told we needed to come back after 4, which we did. The check-in paperwork she had me sign said 3:00. Not a big deal, just off putting. The room was clean, but the carpet was so stained, it looked dirty. Same with the bathroom flooring. New flooring would definitely be a plus in room 201. Breakfast was decent for the price point. The multitude of signage seemed a little passive aggressive. We had a decent 2 night stay, but found it underwhelming.」

Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. 「Everything was very clean Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast! Even had French toast! :o) Bathroom could use some updating but was very clean! A+ on cleanliness and amenities! Only complaint was the AC unit in our room - the air in our room was a little cold and damp and the AC unit seemed to blow in more damp air. Luckily it wasn’t too warm out so we Ended up just turning the unit off.」

「Let’s start with the positives, Restaurant, Tracey’s was amazing, definitely best part of the stay. Inn was spotless. Some issues, breakfast was disappointing, very minimal. Bathroom for the cost was very small. Cable TV didn’t work. They were having issues with their cable. Bottom line, I didn’t believe the room and amenities was worth the cost per night.」
