"Overall it was ok. The rooms were not in the best shape but it smelled like straight bleach when you walked in the room. Flooring was missing in the bathroom, coming up in the closet area and had some damage in the living area. Receptacles didn’t work and the shower had a lot of stains. Overall it was a quiet night and not that bad of a hotel. Breakfast was good."

"There is not a rating low enough for this place. It’s junkie the room was dirty and there is riffraff trash living in the property cigarette ash everywhere smoking pot spitting on the sidewalk property is in disgusting Repair. I am 68 years old and that is the most nasty worst place I have ever stayed. Run away from this place. The adjoining door to the room next door was unlocked. There was noise continually all night, long from people yelling and making other sorts of noises. It was so bad. I propped a chair against the door to create noise in case somebody tried to come in. Just overall nasty and disgusting. And the room was dirty."

"The rooms are nice and clean. But staff?! There is no staff. when you walk into the lobby you are greeted by a telehelp booking company all the way from India. I did not interact with one single staff or desk worker from the time I checked I until the time I check out. They sure aren’t busy. One of the busiest weekend in that area and 10 cars in the lot "

"We got here 20 min early, they said our room was not ready yet. Didnt get in until 3:30. The room was nice but the elevator or soming makes a lot of noise all night. We asked to move and they put us across from the other elevator on the same floor. The hotel is non smoking but our neighbors were smoking on the deck. The maintenance guy came over and told him its a 250 fee for smoking. So he put it out. The parking fee is 15 on the website but was over 18.00 with fees. The General manager was very nice about it but a hummimg elevator is not somthing that will lull you to sleep."

"Everything was great except the check in process. Avari did not email me the entry code for the room. Sandpiper Cove does not supply that code. You have to get it through the third party service used to book the room. "

"Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10 and never stayed open that late. We had to carry our dirty towels back because no one was at the counter so we were unable to get our towel cards back. Other than the room itself and king beds as well as the location for the boardwalk it was very disappointing. Also asked for late check out since check out is 10am but nothing opens until 11. Location was great and shuttle to the beach as well, except when they change the hours the day of your beach plans and have to make other arrangements. Positives are the room was new and nice. Location was close to everything and excursions available right outside in the boardwalk. "
