「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Emerald Grande is in the perfect location! Everything we wanted was just steps away—from restaurants and shopping to the harbor and entertainment. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable because we could easily walk to so many attractions. The views were beautiful, the property was well maintained, and the location truly can’t be beat. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.」

「My first concern was that the on off switch on the hairdryer would not work. I went to the desk three times to replace the hairdryer and they still didn’t work. The first two were burned around the edges and the third one I believe was new. They were a very cheap quality and difficult to use. I would suggest better hairdryers at such a beautiful high-end hotel. Since I’m allergic to dogs, I wanted to be sure I didn’t have a room with animals.
