"The hot tub is broke….there is no game room we actually saw a cot in that room with beer bottles. The sheets were also dirty. There was a party downstairs and the people were so loud at night outside our room."

There were crumbs under our pillows and the sheets smelled like someone else’s body odor. There was also a bloody Kleenex in our sheets."
