「This truly was a tale of two properties. On the plus side, the physical property was fantastic. We booked an ocean-side room with a balcony -- and the view of the sunrise each morning was spectacular. Dining room, pool area, and fitness center were all first rate. However, the staff and service left *a lot* to be desired. Just a few examples: Our room was not ready at 4:00 and the front desk staff didn’t seem particularly concerned with finding a solution. Someone’s nail clippers on the table upon entry. Torn curtains. Baseboards rotting. Mattress sagging and uncomfortable. Most disappointing stay at a Hilton I have ever experienced.」
