The hotel itself is lovely, such a beautiful place.

「We had a warm welcome on a very rainy February day. Our room was warm and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really good.
The weather stopped us visiting the Observatory, which was a shame.
We will definitely visit again at a different time of year, as the hotel is well placed to visit places of interest. 」

「Nice spacious and very clean room. Well facilitated with a tea tray and bottles of water. Room was immensely hot but thankfully able to open all the windows. Liked fresh cooked breakfast (as opposed to usual buffets) however I would love to see a better drinkable coffee being served and a little gripe - after requesting hard poached egg with no ‘snot’ my egg was totally snotty when I cut it and ran into my breakfast so didn’t eat much. 「Stayed over New Year and decided to stay and extra night as we felt so comfortable as staff and food were good.
Room was a little small for a 'premium ' but adequate. The bar/ lounge is great, lovely fires and a lot of residents brought their dog, the staff engaged with all👍👍. Look forward to seeing how they upgrade the hotel after the January shutdown. We will be back.」
