「Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all...

「As a little motel close to a festival venue, the Black Bear Lodge was just what I was looking for. I was prepared for it to be small and basic and for the decor to be somewhat dated. What I found was a motel that was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The innkeeper was delightful. I would stay there again. 」

「The lodge is new (or at least under new ownership). The new team is running a fantastic operation. Super welcoming and friendly. The place has a true “summer camp” vibe where new people meet one another and leave as friends. Def book your next stay in the Catskills here!」

「We were looking for a place to stay overnight and we would go back to Twin Gables of Woodstock again. The host, LeeAnn knows how to make a guest feel right at home. We stayed in Room 6, the Hippie Room and everything was perfect. Parking was easy though if the Inn is full, you may have to park in the street. The rooftop deck was great and everything - EVERYTHING - is walking distance. Our only wish-list item for the room is that we stayed longer.」
