「Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. 「We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. The stove was not functioning, and there was an exposed wire on the deck. We were also disappointed that the advertised mountain view...

「Stayed for 3 nights in June in a junior king suite. The 2 story room was very clean and ac worked well. 2 32 inch tvs with cable. No cell service.Did not use pool, but it looked very nice, Large soaking tub with airjets in bathroom was very nice. This room was very clean. Staff at desk was very nice and informative about the area. Very small refridgerator and no utensils or paper towels. Lots of large bath towels. Bring some paper plates and forks. Very quiet area.
