"Check in was easy and bed was comfortable. The room was much more run down that I was expecting at $160 a night. Chair cushions were torn, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder broken, and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to fall apart. Plus the tv remote’s batteries were dead and the mini coffee pot didn’t work. For a “fall asleep on arrival and leave first thing in the morning” stay it was functional but wouldn’t want to stay longer than that."

"Our check-in process was absolutely seamless and the young woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and everything we needed for our one night stay and then some. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly choose this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through."

"Been here last year and decided to go back because we enjoyed it a lot last year,same this year,very clean,great location,quite during the week,it does get busy starting Friday. Good shopping and dining options around although limited on operating hours. The Hotel restaurant is upscale and have a nice vibe but not the best for kids."

"My husband and I wanted a quiet and romantic getaway for our spring break. Hotel Mountain Brook gave us this experience and more! We stayed in the Raven Cabin. Despite being outside of the main lodge, we wanted for nothing. Our Innkeepers Jen and Chloe were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. All staff members, especially Pia, Nicole, and Tanner made our snowy, April stay quaint and comfortable. We loved our stay and our visiting innkeeper, Chloe, so much that we are visiting Silver Maple Farm, another Verdigreen property in two months. We highly recommend Hotel Mountain Brook and we cannot wait to visit again!"
