「Gorgeous resort.. great experience at Isla Bella resort.. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. I went with my wife and two kids and kids loved it too. They have activities for kids every hour during the day. The room are very spacious and super clean, and every single room has a balcony with nice and comfy furniture and beautiful views. Isla Bella is a perfect getaway for any occasion. 」

「First time in the keys, captain pips was centrally located. We would consider this property a key west experience not a new and glamorous resort. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the patio and the authentic feel. There are some amenities on property like kayaks bikes paddle boards, it would be more beneficial for residents if these facilities were available after 4 pm. Kitchen was equipped with enough to cook small meals and reheat items. Inclusion of a cooler was a plus! Pool was open...

「Very pretty, quaint property. Nice amenities, spacious room and beautiful views. The room was nice & we enjoyed breakfast. We checked in late due to a delayed flight and we had trouble finding the room - on top of being dark, there was construction going on making it creepy and confusing. Clear instructions from the staff would have been appreciated but otherwise, everything was great. 」

「I realize I am a hard sell. The suite we were in was nice and well taken care of. Need to upgrade bath towels though. We were in the signature suite and when you were on the balcony all you could see was the lot next to Rainbow that was full of garbage. A 10-minute sweep could take care of that. Also, lots of "stuff" in the parking area that should be removed, i.e. boxes with things in them and an old boat. We enjoyed their breakfast. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay and we would go back...
