「Great hotel, location and staff. There was an issue with the water but they fixed it right away. Street parking right in front of the hotel, always found a spot. A little noisy from air conditioners outside and music from a nearby festival but I still give it 5 stars. 」

「The staff clamed that they sent me instructions on how to enter the room and I didn’t see anything in my mail box reflecting that claim I had to sleep in my car that night I had no phone number to call.」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. There is no security, no security door latch locks in the room, floors lack cleanliness and they dont even put fitted sheets, you sleep on top of mattress cover, which is stained with yello marks. We left 15 min. After arrival and asked for refund. Property never answered and there is nobody on the property to contact. Mis lesding information all the way. 」
