「When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Directions and access to the secure parking area was easy. Lovely clean comfortable room with lots of hot water. Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away.」

「这个酒店位于偏中心位置，但离城市中心很近，到大广场10分钟步行路程。房间干净整洁，比较宽敞，代客泊车，比较方便。早餐不错。服务比较热情，服务人员素质较好。旁边就是商业中心，离火车站也不远。但双床间的床比较窄，大约90公分吧。」

「We select this hotel for one night of stop-over before we head towards airport Paris. In this aspect, the location is good coz it takes only 2 hours to reach Paris. We didn't expect too much from the hotel but the experience is a bit below what we expect. Major reason is the paint smell in the compact room, difficult to get rid of even we opened the window for a few hours. The surrounding area is OK if you like a bit of shopping in a big supermarket, named Auchan I remember correctly.」

「The hotel is close to the Eurostar Lille station. A park is also nearby. I had a relaxing walk in the park after having the buffet breakfast in the hotel. This made a good start of a day. The room is clean and spacious. 」
