"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!!
Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"Had an amazing stay, kids loved it. Great area for what we needed. Had a few minor issues but Michael was great, any issue we had he dealt with straight away. Would recommend for anyone visiting Anfield."
