「My family and I enjoyed our vacation stay at Colonial Shores. Owner upgraded our room at no additional charge and without me even asking. Would have given 5 stars, but bathroom fan did not work and fold out couch mattress was stained. Asked Manager not to fix during our stay. As nice as they were, I am sure they were not aware of the problem and have since fixed both problems. Will stay here again and would recommend to friends.」

「The place is a great house writhing a 3-5 walking distance to the beach. The fact that we could go to the beach, walk back and eat lunch and then return was great. The house was clean and impeccable. It is part of a duplex and there were guests next door who were partying and we would hear the boom boom music from 3 pm to late at night. But that didn’t bother us because the location, cleanliness, and distance to the beach outweighed anything negative. We had problems with the washing...
