This place is nice...not great but for a beach front property it's nice. We stayed on the beach side, reviews are not very good for the property across the street. Our room was nice, clean to the most part. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean, carpet was clean. However, the balcony was sticky so doesn't appear they clean that often, and we did have a little sand in our bed. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and understand that the fine, white sand on the Gulf is really hard to completely get out of sheets. The alternative is that they didn't change the sheets from the last guest which would be really awful. The grounds on the property are well maintained. We stayed on the beach the whole time so didn't use the pool, hot tub or visit the tiki bar, but all of it looked in very nice shape and clean. The beach in fron th of the property is awesome and there is a beach chair service right in front...not associated with the hotel. Ask about any discounts they may have, we paid $40/day for two chairs and an umbrella. If you're local probably best to bring your own, espeiclaly since they put them up at 5:00pm...but they were out there very early, about 7:00am. Not impressed with the staff, pretty blah with zero smiles amongst them. Never was asked if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out and they really couldn't care less when we told them that on our 2nd day housekeeping took our used towels and trash (which didn't need it) and replaced neither. Overall, decent.

The doors to the rooms are on the outside of the hotel and open outwards with just a single lock. The doors and frames are very rusty. The bathtub would not drain when the shower was running. The air conditioner kept shutting off. I went to the front desk and said I wanted a refund. The manager said no and he would at least have someone to come and look at the air conditioner. I stayed that night but cancelled my reservation for the following night. When I woke up the next morning the air conditioning was still showing 77 degrees in the room.

The room and entire building was dirty. Elevator didn’t work at all the entire trip the other was down when we arrived, we were on the 6th floor. We were charged a daily “resort” fee. The only thing we got for that was pool towels. No beach chairs as shown in advertisements, those were an extra charge. The staff seemed put out if they were asked any questions, not at all friendly. Would not recommend. It is cheap but you don’t get much.

Everything was great. Loved our room. Love that it was on the beach, only thing I say the outlets were not good. They need to fix that. Beds were okay. But I would definitely be coming back!!!!

We loved our room and had a great time. It’s a little outdated and could use some touch ups but other than that we will definitely be back. We stayed in the premier suite and it was huge. Loved it.

The reviews did not do this place justice! I took my 4 year old daughter here bc she has been begging to go to the beach and I was on a budget. When I booked, I made sure that it said “beach front” since they do have rooms across the street - more on that later. The outdoor and indoor pools were amazing and the outdoor pool had the best sunset view! The kids play area on the beach was an added bonus for my child! They have ice cream and beach essentials located inside the lobby for purchase and all was very reasonable. NOTE: we got the beachfront room with a kitchen, there isnt an ice maker in the freezer, you have to go to the lobby and pay $2 for bag of ice you can take back to your room, no automatic ice machines on the floors. Now as for the rooms - I witnessed twice that people were mad/upset that they accidentally purchased a room across the street and demanded refunds. EVERYWHERE on this site and the businesses website tells you to make sure you pay attention to what you are booking, I found it to be very easy to differentiate which rooms were which since they plainly put it in writing under each room option. So pay attention. The only reason I put 4 stars was because the lack of parking at the hotel - majority of parking was across the street, not ideal for handicapped people since there is only about 10 parking spots at the front of the hotel. I saw numerous handicapped stickers (mine included) that had to park across the street. Overall we will stay here again!

Well after my 15hr drive. Checkincwas a nightmare. The first two rooms we were given had no AC. But we were told to “Wait it out” before we were moved a third time. Turns out Mai range took out the ac units in the first two rooms to put into other rooms. The 3rd room was even worse bc as soon as I opened the door ROACHES SCATTERED. Finally the fourth room was ok. I was not going anywhere else bc I was already exhausted hungry and needed a shower. There was also a $50 a night charge for incidentals which I and other guests were never told about u til we arrived. The only thing I did enjoy was the pool hot tub and the ocean.

Customer service is not good here at this property. Stayed 2 nights. Ive stayed at this property multiple times and their is always 1 horrible front desk employee. Other than that, id recommend.
