When something as simple as Brussels sprouts tapas can make you weep, you know you're onto something special. Don't get me started on the Avocado toast! "Our trip felt even more special thanks to our stay at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa. The property is beautiful and made the overall experience shine. Although we had some difficulty figuring out the air conditioning and ended up staying up late trying to fix it (even watching YouTube for help!), we were still very satisfied with our one-night stay. We drove a Tesla and had to park a bit farther away to find charging, but the area felt safe and easy to walk around, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay."
