I’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the past decade, and unfortunately, the decline in maintenance is very noticeable. During my most recent stay in what was advertised as a “Premium Fireplace Suite,” several issues stood out. There was no hot water from the sink, which is a basic expectation. The drapes were torn off the rods in both the bedroom and living room. The fireplace—one of the key features of the suite—did not work. On the second night, there was no WiFi available at all. The carpeting throughout the suite was not only worn but ripped and visibly unclean—to the point where my feet literally stuck to the floor. Additionally, the closet door was completely missing, leaving only the hinges behind. Overall, the condition of the room fell far below what would be expected, especially for a premium suite. It’s disappointing to see a property I’ve returned to for years no longer being properly maintained.

They don’t take cashapp cards to check in even if you made your booking with your cashapp card. Room was nothing like the pictures.

Unit is very outdated. Microwave was old and lots of rust. Rust was flaking off. Coffee machine also outdated with real old Coffee pouches. Floor rug was old and torn. TV was old with no cable not working. Cracked heads and homeless hanging outside. Neighboring hookers greeting me every time I walked out. Furniture had stains, dressers with no knots. Pictures on the website are deceiving.

Honestly this place was horrible. Walked into our room to it smelling like mold. Had to fight the window open to air it out. Everything was super outdated. I kid you not every single piece of furniture was missing knobs. We got 4 towels total. 2 body towels, 2 face towels. One of the body towels had two holes, with one hole big enough to fit my arm through. Went to the front desk to ask for more, they said they were all out, and they could have someone bring towels in the morning (when we checked out). The TV would only turn on and off and displayed “Welcome to the bay park hotel” and even the buttons on the tv were messed up. The volume controlled the channel lol. We eventually just gave up with the tv. There was bright red hair in the shower drain and the water wouldn’t drain so we felt disgusting even getting in the shower at all. We wished we had brought shower shoes. The outlets wouldn’t hold a plug so we had to charge our electronics in the bathroom. The breakfast had no protein other than the pre packaged hard boiled eggs that were warm to the touch and weren’t sitting in the fridge the whole morning. Same with the yogurt. During our stay our card to the room stopped working and we had to take 3 trips to the front desk to have it resolved because she got the room number wrong despite having to verify my info to pull up our stay (didn’t have our wallets because we went to breakfast). The floors were also so dirty they made my white socks turn almost black.

The room was clean enough. The bed was extra soft which may be good for some folks. There were bottles hanging in the bathroom that should have had soap, shampoo and conditioner. They were empty. One of the amenities I was most looking forward to using was the hot tub and the pool. Both were closed and looked as though they had been for some time. Just don't LIST THINGS that don't work! I didn't use the breakfast. It looked ok. Mostly bread and waffles and coffee but slightly better than the usual pre-packaged Danishes you would find at many places. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The room was dirty, hair in the bathroom, sticky spots on the floors, stained sheets. Breakfast - sub par, bare minimum, we went elsewhere. The owners need to put some $ into the place and clean it up.

When I first arrive the staff who helped me it was pretty kind, the room was kind of clean the carpet looked like dirty, the hot tub wasn't working the pool was open but it was a little dirty, the breakfast it was ok they had cereal bagels juice muffins coffe and some other things, the area of the hotel was pretty calm I would recommend this hotel
