"Very friendly staff and breakfast had good selection! We had a flight at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 5am. We thought there was going to be no staff but luckily a guy was there to help us and had called us a taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. Room was nice and always cleaned everyday. "Amazing place! Close to the train station and within walking distance to all the landmarks. We came to the hotel a few hours before check in and the amazing staff stored our luggage and let us sit and enjoy coffee on their patio outside. Would definitely recommend."

"Not impressed. Traveling from the US and was exhausted and got no sleep at this hotel as the walls were paper thin. Had to call the front desk 5 times in the middle of the night to get help getting the people next door to shut their blaring tv off so I could sleep and was brushed off and dealt with rudeness. I do not recommend if you like sleeping. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."
