「check-in時間16:00開始，有點不方便，當時沒有留意到，13:00到了，以為就算未能check-in也可以先放行李，但13:00-16:00民宿主人都不會在，幸好剛好碰到正要外出的民宿主人可以先check-in,不然拿著行李會很不方便。 房間感覺打掃不夠乾淨，角落位置還是有點髒。房間有2-3隻蒼蠅，這讓我們有點困擾。 離主要景點較遠，走路要走30分鐘，走了一次覺得太遠了，之後都是坐巴士。 若住這邊火車站要選campo di marte, 不然要自己坐巴士到SMN火車站。從campo di marte火車站回住宿要先扛行李上天橋，再下樓梯，會有點辛苦。 但民宿主人還算親切，而且裝潢有藝術感。」

「An absolutely enchanting gem in the heart of Florence. It is away from the crowd but a sanctuary for the mind. The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. Quality is outstanding as is the staff. 」

「The hotel location is good if you want to find some free parking space. There are some mosquitoes in the room which surprises us especially during the Christmas time. If they can check the surface of the walls and clean them, the room will be looked nicer. 」

「Our room was below street level with one high window. It was spacious and mostly quiet. The room upstairs had loud people in, and you could hear them walking / talking but otherwise it wasn't too noisy with traffic or anything else. The bathroom was a good size with a hairdryer, and some toiletries. It was clean and tidy, with a double bed, small stool and chair. Plenty of space for our luggage. A desk with free water, and tea / coffee making area. There was a communal space but we didn't use...

「Super comfortable, clean and beautiful room. Best choice for those travel by car. Only need to add a door-closer device to the door, since nobody really pays attention to "Close the door lightly" sign.
