「Very nice hotel 」

「Camera pulita, estrema disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto; possibilità di check in anticipato e di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out. Nella camera c'era tutto l'occorrente. Ottima soluzione per fermarsi a Firenze, che si può visitare spostandosi anche a piedi.」

「Quarto com varanda muito espaçoso. Dias muito quentes em Firenze e o ar condicionado funcionou bem. Café da manhã com um pouco de tudo, não deixou a desejar em nada. Proprietária muito atenciosa. 」

「Taking over 1 hour to check-in and another 1 hour to check out. A waste of time there. Double confirmed with the front desk to check out at 8am, but finally the check out was done until 9am. Small hotel with difficulty to find the place. Would never recommend to anybody.」

「Not a particularly nice hotel. The photos make it look much better than it actually is. The room layout was very strange, with too many things crammed into a small space, which made it feel cluttered and uncomfortable. The hotel seems recently renovated, but you can already see signs of wear and tear. There was also poor ventilation in the bathroom, which was noticeable during our stay. 「We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!」

I colori e gli arredi trasmettevano un tale calore da avere l'impressione di essere a casa.
