Overall nice stay, had few issues with shower and the sink's water pressure. We couldn't control the water properly, water in the sink was always cold, bit annoying.

Traveling with my best friends for our friendship anniversary, the accommodations at Fornance Suite were amazing. I’ve recommended this stay to family and friends; if you’re considering staying here, please do! The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. Our suite was beautiful and extremely clean.

This felt more like an apartment than a hotel but it was an excellent home base during our 5 day stay in Florence, we loved it! We stayed in the Michelangelo suite which had a little balcony (I think the only balcony in the building) and the room was thoughtfully designed, we could have lived here. It is a 15 minute walk into the historic city but the walk is scenic and easy. If you don’t want to walk into the city there is a little neighbourhood surrounding the Fornace suites where we found a few great restaurants and a great little grocery store with fresh options. The famous piazza Michelangelo is a short uphill walk located directly behind the hotel. After a week in busy Rome the neighbourhood this hotel was in felt like a literal breath of fresh air. The room had a small bar fridge and wine fridge and the water and juice was complimentary and was changed out each day. The desk is not 24 hours but the host is available 24 hours if you need her via phone or what’s app. The breakfast was provided by a cafe across the street which had exceptionally warm and welcoming staff and absolutely delicious food. The TV in the room, I’m not sure why it’s there, it doesn’t have local channels and it’s not a smart TV so you can’t access netflix or anything else. We’re glad we brought our laptop for downtime. Overall the space was modern, clean, bright, fresh and comfortable and in a great location if you don’t mind a short walk to the city. We loved it here! The neighbourhood felt safe.

Firenze comfortable condo-like suite.

Great location, very clean and very quiet making for a good night’s rest. Loved the coffee shop and restaurant nearby. Water and juice in our room fridge was refilled by hotel staff daily, very refreshing after a hot day walking.

A lovely boutique hotel.

The hotel room was beautifully directed and had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the centre of Florence but only 15 mins walk from the city centre.

Beautiful and spacious property that is close enough to walk and sightsee, but just far enough to be a little bit quieter. If you are staying more than a couple of days, I would forego the breakfast add on as it includes limited options.

It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. It felt more like an apartment rental than a boutique hotel. There is no front desk; instead, communication is handled through a single contact via WhatsApp. That person was helpful and friendly. Our room had a few maintenance issues. Most were minor, but for us it was too hot at night and we could not figure out how to make it cooler. Breakfast is provided through vouchers for a café across the street. The food was very good, and the portions were generous. Next time we would probably choose a place closer to the historic sights.

A gorgeous suite, quiet and felt safe. It far exceeded expectations. We met staff only at arrival and she took time to show us around the facility and answer questions. Great food nearby with many options. A nice fifteen minute walk into the heart of Florence. I would highly recommend this location.

The room decor was beautiful. We enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The room had a kitchen as well. The taxi stand was located across the street, which made catching a taxi into Florence very easy. We found several site seeing locations within walking distance of the hotel as well. The breakfast is across the street at a wonderful cafe. Delicious! Highly recommend.

The property was as we had imagined, a boutique hotel concept with unique design, equipped with smart appliances including curtains. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Dailh breakfast vouchers were provided, which was quite flexible in terms of redemption options.

Design Gem with large Suites very well located

Fornace Suite is an extremly stylish place with 6 large suites and highest quality design finishing and luxury furniture. It is very quite, but still very nice located. Directly opposite the building is an amazing speciality coffee shop and restaurant, where you get the breakfast included. Staff is very friendly, the area is green and you need 15 mins walking to downtown only. Will come back for sure and can recommend this place 100%

Alles super.
