Excellent place to stay. Staffs are friendly and they even speak good English. They go out of their way to help and guide you. The place was clean and well kept. Location of the property excellent - right opposite to the station . That has easy access to main Florence station.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My review is based on my experience in my room which was freezing for most of my stay. Staff gave me an extra blanket but took it away the next day. As a female staying in a mixed dorm, I won’t do it again because I had some weirdos as roommates.

It was my first time staying in a hostel. Apparently, I made reservations for a coed dorm. I was the only woman with 5 men for the first 3 days of my stay. It all went well. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned well by the female cleaning person but not so well by the male cleaning person. It was in a great location across the street from a train station and around the corner from a food mart. I enjoyed the energy and atmosphere. If you needed snacks or an adapter for your electronics, you could purchase it from the vending machines. Nice place!
