"The staff that answered the phone prior to our arrival were somewhat rude when we inquired about a fee that was not listed in our reservation details. Simple question was asked with a cold, stern response. Front desk young man was very kind when he welcomed us. When we approached our room the door was open which was odd. The bar for hanging clothes was on the entry way table with all of the plastic hangers scattered next to it. It smelled like chinese food as if someone had just ate in the room. Linen was not as comfortable as I would prefer. TV was old and all of kids channels didnt have sound which was frustrated; we have a 4yr old. We didnt eat at the restaurant there but there are plenty of food spots in the area. Overall it wasnt bad just small issues that could be improved on. "

"Although I arrived late, the room I reserved was not available as I was not able to get in the door of the room assigned and no other room was available but the king bed. So I was offered a room with two double beds, which had a horrible odor the first night. The odor had dissipated some the second night, but the rooms are kind of dated. I am also experiencing itching and have a parent bite marks on my lower extremities. I had Little to no interaction with the staff and the desk clerk was courteous but was not able to fulfill my reservation as expected. "

"You get free WiFi for 4 days, the rooms are clean, depending on when you go you can get a free upgrade. All of the staff are great besides two of them last time i was in a rush so i didn’t get their names "

"This is a conference hotel that is old and dated. Sadly it’s not to the 2026 standards anymore. I would not stay there anymore. And conference should think of moving to another hotel."

"Drop off area is a nightmare. Property smells like weed everywhere. Rooms were small and didn’t have much in the way of furniture. Overall it’s basically a small improvement over a motor lodge. "

"Stayed here several times; rooms are renovated and are always clean, a/c and heat works well, room includes a microwave and mini-fridge, water pressure in the shower is excellent and hot/cold does not fluctuate like in some motels. Breakfast is okay, with cereals, danishes/bread/English muffins, fruit. The only thing disappointing to me is I wish they had a waffle maker like many similarly-priced motels do."
