"This hotel has mostly tourists from Colombia and México . You will find 3 large pools, a Tennis court and 2 restaurants and bars. The food was delicious! The chef is a very nice professional and fast lady, and the man the greeted us was so kind and attentive that we forgot that the check in took and hour. The check out can also be long because it was crowded. Unlike other hotels here there’s a lifeguard at every pool. Its a very large complex, half of the place is apartments and the other half, a hotel. There is a lot of people and activities at night can be loud. We watch a soccer game and the ambiance was joyful it was really fun. The hotel has a drugstore and an ATM inside. This place is recommended for families. The breakfast was very good and very clean. Overall this was the best hotel we have stayed at in Cartagena. You will be disappointed on your way to the beach, dirty and poor behind the hotel broken glass so be careful. The beach was still beautiful and lots of families enjoying the warm waters."

"Nos gustaron todas sus instalaciones, su historia, la ubicación, pero lo que no nos gustó fueron los agentes de la agencia Faranda, no entendíamos en si cuál era el objetivo de estar detrás de los huéspedes, súper insistentes tomando datos, poniendo citas y puntos de encuentro dizque para mostrar no sé qué cosas, fijo era para vender algún plan de viajes o endeudar a la gente, eso no los gustó para nada"
