「The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and up to date. There is no difference between the Marina side rooms and the regular rooms; so avoid the gimmick of paying extra, like we did, to be on the Marina side.」

「Breakfast was chaotic at best. They put the plates in the middle of the buffet instead of the beginning so people are constantly cutting in line reaching over others to get a plate. The 2 elderly women running it were very slow to respond to any requests n seemed overwhelmed and out of it. No cups for juice, the main items, bacon, potatoes were not replenished, forks ran out. Nobody behind the bar to assist. Its like the staff was actively hiding during that busy time. Pool service is slow and...

「When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable.」
