"I loved the set up and the way the cottage was set up but it shoudve been cleaner and is in desperate need of an upgrade/makeover...it was dusty had crumbs left in the kitchen and the utensils were dirty 😔🙄😕 🙂‍↔️ I recommend bringing your own covers and pillows plus sprucing the place up before you get comfortable in there."

"Called before I booked at night at the pool was closed to public, and was assured it was working. After I booked I called the next morning in regards to see if early check in was available and they informed it was but the pool was down for repairs and was not sure if or when it would be open. Was also told oh well and “things happen” from the lady I called and she was rude. When I requested a refund they denied me and told me that was never said and called me a liar. I have everything documented from calls but since I cannot provide “physical” proof it’s just oh well to them. Not sure how I can proof over a phone call.. I booked this property for the pool and my toddler so he could go. This company is very rude to their customers and do not recommend"
