「Clean room and spaces, and excellent, quiet in room a/c. We needed a room spur of the moment for a grad party nearby and the Baymont Inn and Suites was perfect for the 4 of us. The coffee and breakfast got the spot in the morning. Thank you!」

「We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

「They were closed as of May 2 and I paid for a hotel that had been closed for almost 2 months!!! The fact you guys are still selling rooms is almost criminal!!! Greed is disgusting!!! There was a track team of girls with no where to go also!!! You guys need to do better and be better. I’m getting rid of app due to this. I’ve spent thousands on your site but I’m done. 「This hotel was not worth the money we spent to stay at it. The carpet in the rooms were sticky, there were no vents in the bathrooms so they were always damp and all of the linens on the beds felt damp with the air conditioner on. We had other family staying at the hotel as well and they said the pool area was gross, we didn’t even go in there. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.」

「Air conditioning leaked and was noisy. The whole property smells like wet carpet. This was NOT a $400 per night room or experience. I do not recommend staying here, just visit the amenities and stay elsewhere. Two night minimum was also not expected.」
