「The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney...

「Most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in! Very old, museum like inside, lots of artefacts throughout to look at. Paintings, sketches, newspaper clippings, furniture, silverwear, and lots more! Very cool place!」

Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!」
