"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. "Hotel was stunning, the views of the mountains whilst having breakfast were incredible. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great. 10/10 recommend! Fantastic location, right next to ski lift. Something to be aware of is you're on a hill (which gives you the amazing views), but if you want to walk down into town in the evening you have a 10 minute walk back up a relatively steep hill. "
