「It’s not bad but for the price is pretty plain; need an upgrade but the staff are friendly. Location is the best tho. 」

「Clean and elegant, the bed is super good! Close to tube which is a plus; for attraction, really close to notting hill market. Haven't tried the grounding but facilities are well made. My room has a little kitchen so it's just like being at a cozy small flat, but not sure how's the feeling for staying in room without kitchen. 」

「Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance.」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「Absolutely wonderful with fantastic staff, comfortable and clean rooms ...did I mention the charming and professional staff? The tea was festive, the jazz nightly was great, and the food at every meal was just great especially breakfast. We can't tell you how much we enjoyed the hotel and its location near British museum and Russell square. Close to underground and just a delight. We will go back. 」
