「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

「Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance.」

「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」

「noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. 」

「The location is really good but the subway station only have stairs so you need to carry your luggage really hard, staff are super nice and friendly, I think I will come again if i go visit London.」

「Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to King Cross station. A small and elegant hotel with good management. The room has no lift and air-conditioning though.」
