「The front desk staff were all very polite. Additionally, I needed assistance with setting up a sofa bed, and they were very efficient. They quickly arranged for someone to follow up. The only drawback is that the drainage the bathroom shower is a bit slow, which can cause water to accumulate and seep out. Apart from that, everything was great and very comfortable.」

The location was perfect... two minute walk from the Tube (Circle and District lines) and a bus stop... only a mile's walk to Harrod's, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace- Parliament Square/St. James Park just beyond that. 「Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning. The location is convenient. 7 stops by bus 436 or 36 from tube station (Oval), with loads of great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
