"When we got to our room and went in the bathroom there was a 3 inch streak of poo on the toilet seat. Not a great start. I let the front desk know and all she said was "sorry". When you turn on the a/c unit a light stays on the whole time to show what the temp is but the light is bright enough to illuminate the room all night. I wish I had brought a sleep mask. It took 5 minutes of letting the water run before I got lukewarm water at the sink. It never got very hot and the handle was pretty hard to turn. It was definitely old plumbing."

"The gym was small but efficient. The pool is fresh, the jacuzzi hot and both are in doors adjacent to each other."

"The property is a little run-down, worn, broken tables and chairs around the pool. The spa is cold water, but still nice. The room is fine. Big room, comfortable beds, quiet. Great location for getting to Yosemite."

"I had a bad experience, the staff canceled my room right after I checked and and removed my items with out informing me. The staff was so rude and at the end of the situation re gave me my old room that was never cleaned. They threw all my stuff in a bag. And security didn’t help the situation either.
