This was my first time visiting this property. Traveling with my two kids and my mother. After driving for more than 5 hours we meet up with a family member who actually is down in that same area to get some dinner and figured spend some time near the pool with the kids. From the valet to the check in person everyone was very friendly and greeted you. However there was a situation at check in with security or the (lady head of security) who is unprofessional rude and has no customer service what so ever. Felt discriminated and she should probably get some training on how to speak or treat people specially in front of a special need kid. Never again will I be back this lady her demeanor her attitude and her response the way she treated us was totally unacceptable. Everyone else the lady who checked me in bell man had good customer service.

I was surprised about the entry of the property. There was a nice water fountain at the entrance with the perfect circle for easy access, along with ballet parking. This was my first time going to this casino. I was surprised of how nice things were, especially for the area.

I went to a Los Lonely Boys concert there. The amphitheater was very comfortable with great comfortable seats. The venue is just the right size. My two bed queen size room was spacious and very quiet. I want to go back!

The room was nice as well as the staff. The security measures to enter are ridiculous. You have to walk through a metal detector, have your temperature read (while practically squatting because the reader is so low) and purse checked. No other bags were checked, ever! Then to get up to the room you had to show ID for every person staying on the room every single time. We also happened to go when a large portion of staff was on strike so everything was closed except a bakery, a ayce buffet and a steak house. Lines were long and reservations were full. I asked why the hotel didn’t notify future guests letting us know everything would be closed however their excuse was they didn’t have enough time before the strike. Although they had plenty of time to print out huge vinyl looking posters let guests know restaurants etc would be closed temporarily. We had to drive about 30 min each way to eat. I know the strike may have been out of their control but they did nothing to help ease the inconvenience. Because of our experience we will not be returning.

The employees were on strike. Had to ask for towels after the first night. Most restaurants, coffee shop, and other things were unavailable due to no staff. EVERYTIME you went outside and came back in you had to have your picture made and show an ID, it didn’t matter if you went to lobby, casino, and didn’t leave their site you had to show ID. ( it was too extreme ). When I booked the room it stated you get valet parking, bellboy, etc but due to the strike we did not get what we paid for., we did not get a discount or anything

What a conundrum of positive and negative. On the negative they advertise a sleeps five room… with one bed. Couch did not pull out. They also charge a resort fee on top of Expedia’s fees. You can cut the smoke in the lobby with a knife so if second hand smoke isn’t for you yikes. On the positive the room was huge and they had what has become uncommon amenities like a toothbrush, soap, shaver as most hotels used to have. Heavy traditional coffee cups with plenty of k cups. Some good dining options in the casino. Not sure what to make of this hotel…

Hotel operators planned a roofing project during the July 4 week which started at 6 AM. Due to the nature of reroofing, heavy equipment had to be operated, but hotel management neither informed the travelers staying next to the construction site during the check-in nor made any efforts before, during or after check-in to remedy the noise issue even after two attempts/calls to the front desk. Expedia CS was notified of this and called this hotel operator to ascertain facts of the complaint, but to Expedia CS surprise hotel management stated no complaint was recorded from this room’s occupants on July 4th. After 48 hours of Expedia CS inquiry, hotel management has not responded. This level of consistent cover-ups and denials stem from the management down to the front office. The hotel management is so blinded by its own agenda it fails to understand the spirit of quiet tenancy as the foundation principle as a hotel/inn operator. Normal business hour is around 9am that is the standard operating norm, NOT 6AM!
