「The stay exceeded my expectations! The room was exactly as photographed and advertised, the room was spotless, very quiet, the bed was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels, lovely soaps and lotions in the shower and at the sink, and there were dishes and utensils available which was a lovely surprise. Great location and a short walk to many attractions in Old Quebec, as well coffee shops around the corner. Will definitely stay again when the occasion presents itself!」

「I really liked the keyless entry to the building and room, and that we didn't have to worry about arriving late and having to coordinate checking in with a person. The full kitchen was amazing to have a multi-day stay, and I'm so glad there was an elevator along with the stairs. The room was well-maintained, clean, and we were able to control the room temperature ourselves. Parking is the only thing that is a bit tricky, but we were always able to find a spot. Would definitely stay here again if...

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Beautiful property. Small but cozy room with all the basic comforts. Clean and well maintained. The common room on the RC level is great space for families. Loved the roof-to-table restaurant, you can see the rooftop garden on the first floor. Double paned windows mean the rooms are very quiet, even facing the noisy busy street. Location means you are right in the heart of Quebec City, a short walk from Frontenac and the Vieux Quebec quartier.」

「A clean and stylish hotel where it is convenient for tourists to sightsee around the beautiful city. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate.
