"It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed having a drink on the balcony and feeling that we were somewhere warm! The kids enjoyed the pool and they were happy that goggles and scuba masks were available for them."

"We enjoyed this hotel and would stay again. The room was clean but definitely dated and showing some wear in spots. It was also incredibly small, one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in (standard room with queen). The pool/sauna/cold plunge area was lovely. It would be nice if they had an hour a day that was adult only. The staff were great. "

"The hotel was very good and in a great location to visit Old Quebec, the Citadel, Parliament Hill etc. The hotel is a 15 to 20 min walk from the train station but there is quite a steep hill you have to walk up. We also walked to the Strom spa (absolutely amazing!) from the hotel but took an Uber back…again - the hill. Highly recommend the hotel."

"Customer service was amazing, staff at front desk, valet, the restaurant and room service were all friendly, very helpful and kind. Room was a bit dusty, and furniture was pretty worn. As for amenities, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the pool, hot tubs and spa. Online they make it sound like they have two heated pools, only one which children are allowed to use. During our 5 night stay we weren’t able to use the pool at all because everytime we tried both hot tubs and the pool were full of screaming children. They were so loud that you could hear them all the way down the hallways in the sauna and steam rooms. We loved the customer service, and like to go up to Quebec in the winters for long weekends, but will not be returning to this hotel unless visiting with friends who have small children. Plenty of other very nice boutique hotels that are much more relaxing and equally well located in the old port area. But a big thank you for the staff for being so wonderful. "

"The hotel was exactly what we were looking for—charming, quaint, and perfectly reflective of the authentic feel of Old Quebec. Our room was clean and thoughtfully designed, blending old-world character with modern amenities. The hotel also offered breakfast with a wide selection of options, which looked great even though we didn’t partake. Its prime location, within walking distance of the main shopping and exploration areas, made it incredibly easy to get around and enjoy the city."
